Capturing Unique Beach Landscapes at Coronado Island

Coronado Island's beach offers a distinct landscape, thanks to the sand dunes and patches of ice plant that cover the area. While many visitors are drawn to the famous Coronado Island Hotel, a well-known landmark and tourist spot, I find that the surrounding beach makes for a more unique and captivating backdrop for photos.

Although I often shoot with the hotel in the background, I personally love focusing on the natural elements, like the dunes and ice plant, which create a one-of-a-kind setting. When combined with the sunset, these features produce a truly magical atmosphere that brings out a special charm unique to San Diego’s coastal beauty.
